From start to finish the experience has been excellent. Very helpful customer service, held my hot tub for longer than i would have expected. Really made me feel confident about the whole delivery process because i was nervous it would not fit.

Perfect hot tub for us, we were looking for something of high quality in a smaller footprint without compromising any features. The Dreami X is amazing and fantastic value for money. The running costs are much lower than we expected which is a massive bonus. The guys from Elixir spas were wonderful, extremely helpful, informative and polite.

Works perfectly at my lodge site. Heats from cold about 6 times as fast as an electric heated hot tub. I give my guests enough wood for their stay.

Wonderful swim spa. The separation between the hot tub and swim area is a must for me. It allows cooler water for swimming in, the jets are very powerful. It takes a little getting used to but once you've got it you're in for a treat. Adam was wonderful on the day coordinating everything and I was felt confident with what was happening.
I have have the best experience every with Elixir Spas, i am completely clueless when it comes to hot tubs and Adam was very helpful. Talked me through the benefits and differences between them all. I settled on the Kraken. On the delivery day i had a phone call an hour before they arrived, Jamie and Mark were very friendly and knowledgable. Brilliant service from start to finish! A+++++
I am a semi professional runner and with the volume of training I have been looking to upgrade my recovery. Wow, the cool cube is game changer! Keeps the water crisp and clean at the perfect temperature. Consistently. I have a hot tub with the Balboa controller also and that has been incredibly reliable.
Anyone serious into cold water therapy needs to seriously consider this.
